These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all services at LEEBONG Island Resort. By making a reservation and full payment, the Clients expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and intend to be legally bound by them. Leebong Island Resort reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.<\/p>

Rates<\/strong><\/h3>
  • Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah.<\/li>
  • Room rates are not included taxes and service charge, unless otherwise specified.<\/li>
  • Room rates are included boat pickup and transfer from Tanjung Ru Seaport to Leebong Island Resort, dan to Tanjung Ru Seaport<\/li>
  • Leebong Island Villa rates are inclusive breakfast and dinner for all guests\/villa\/night. The Clients can start the day energetically with breakfast pleasure at our Restaurant between 07.00am \u2013 10.00am.<\/li>
  • The prices indicated are per villa with different guests capacity depend on villa type and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified.<\/li>
  • Additional services are optional, unless specifically selected as part of the booking.<\/li><\/ul>

    Additional Charge<\/strong><\/h3>
    1. Extra bed will be charged for the additional person for all Villa Please note that maximum of extra bed is one in each room.<\/li>
    2. Extra bed rates are inclusive breakfast dan dinner for 1 person.<\/li>
    3. Transportation services are available to be additional charge.<\/li>
    4. LEEBONG Island Resort reserves the right to charge any additional charges and any items missed from the invoice at a later date.<\/li><\/ol>

      Reservation<\/strong><\/h3>

      All reservations can only be confirmed after booking form as well as terms and conditions are signed with full-prepayment at least one day before arrival. Leebong Island Resort reserves the right to cancel all reservations if payment conditions are not upheld.<\/p>

      30% deposit of total invoice upon signing of confirmation letter as guaranteed blocking. Deposit is non-refundable.<\/p>

      Reservation can be changed with prior notice.<\/p>

      Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability.<\/p>

      Check-in & Check-out<\/strong><\/h3>

      Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon.<\/p>

      Early check-in depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>

      Late check-out also depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cost of late check-out up to 18:00 is 50% from the room rate and check-out after 18:00 will be charged as one night stay.<\/p>

      Payment<\/strong><\/h3>

      Payment can only be paid via bank transfer to:

      20% charge of the invoice if change a reservation is made within 3 (three) days before the arrival. No charge of the invoice if change a reservation is made within 4 (four) days before the arrival.<\/p>

      50% charge of the invoice if the cancellation is made within 3 (three) days before the arrival.<\/p>

      100% charge of the invoice if the cancellation is made within 1 (one) day before the arrival.<\/p>

      100% charge of the invoice if the cancellation is made within 3 (three) days before the arrival. only during Lebaran, Christmas and New Year Period.<\/p>

      If the Clients do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which the Clients booked to arrive (no show), the Resort will charge full payment of the invoice.<\/p>

      For any cancellation made before the Resort cancellation policy, the Resort will refund the Clients payment except 20% charge of the invoice and bank administrative fee. Refund will take approximately 30 working days.<\/p>

      Please note that the Client checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the Resort will charge full payment of the invoice.<\/p>

      Child Policy<\/strong><\/h3>

      Guest under the age of 12 years are considered child.<\/p>

      No extra charge for child without additional bedding.<\/p>

      Maximum number of children sharing room with parents is one for each Villa, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>

      No breakfast served for child under 12 years old.<\/p>

      Regular adult meals charges applied for child above 6 years old.<\/p>
